Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on your regular app invoice. Upgrades, downgrades, and trials follow Shopify's billing policies.
What counts as an active offer?
An offer is active when it is published and visible on your storefront. Draft offers do not count toward your plan limit.
Can I try Starter or Pro first?
Yes. Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial. You approve the charge in Shopify Admin before billing starts.
Is there a revenue share?
No. PackLift uses flat monthly pricing only — no commission on orders or attributed revenue.
