PackLift ("we", "our") provides a Shopify app that helps merchants create bundles, quantity breaks, and cart add-ons.
We store shop-level data needed to operate the app: offer configuration, discount sync metadata, widget settings, and aggregated analytics events (views, clicks, add-to-cart, attributed order value). We do not store customer names, emails, or addresses.
We respond to Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks ( customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). On shop redact, we delete shop data from our systems.
The app runs on Shopify and Vercel. Data is processed according to their terms and our data processing agreements with those providers.
